Question Why can't I delete this info from phone number?

I switched to Tracfone, and when these numbers call, my phone labels them as public service or healthcare. I canh give the number a tag. But the phone number keeps being called public service or Healthcare and I cant delete that info. Also, after I put in a tag for a phone number, it doesn't show what number called me.

This may be different depending on your carrier, but try going into your Phone app and open its settings. There, you should see an option for "Caller ID and spam protection" or something similar. Disable/enable and your phone will only use your Contacts info.

I have caller id enabled. This wasn't a problem with mint mobile but I switched to tracfone and it just decides to name a number whatever category it wants. These are contacts numbers by the way.

Yup, then it's coming from the carrier (as part of the caller ID), not your contacts.
