Why can't i download google pay

[Android Central Question]

I have a problem right now. Am making use of samsung A20 and i tried to download google pay in the playstore but i cnt find it. Am a nigerian though. Please i really need to link my paypal account to my google pay.thanks

Might be a restriction in your region, did you ever had it before on other devices?
