Why can't I download on GO Music Player PLUS

[Android Central Question]

After I reset my phone and put the GO Music Player PLUS app back onto the same device the application does not allow downloads, it doesn't even show a download option like it had originally. This had happened twice on two different Android operating system phones. Any help to figure this problem would be great.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Apps​, select the app, and check its permissions -- does it have permission to access Storage/Files?

I have a similar problem. My old Samsung Galaxy S6 shows the download icon via the Go Music Plus / YouTube app. But my new Galaxy S8 does not. I’ve already checked the Storage permissions, both phones show the same. PLease help.

Why My Go Music Don't have the download button

Help, I have a Galaxy s9 and the download option that was on Go Music and Go Music + are no longer appearing. The apps have permissions as suggested earlier in the thread.
