Cannot download or update apps from playstore after I factory reset my son's tablet
My son's tablet is 3 years old and was sluggish so I factory reset the tablet. After completing the initial setup and wifi I went to playstore to install his apps. But I cannot install or update any apps on playstore. I made sure the wifi works properly then I went on playstore help and tried making sure the date and time are accurate. I also cleared google playstore cache and download manager cache. Then I re-installed play store updates. Finally I went to install system updates and that doesn't work either.
Please help!
