My goal is to add tasks to my Microsoft ToDo Task List (Wunderlist) via Android Auto. On my Samsung I had a solution where I could add a reminder by Voice ( Bixby) and it synced with Microsoft To Do, it worked really well.

I changed phones to Google Pixel 9a and want a similar hands free solution to add Microsoft To Do tasks when commuting.

I experimented with IFTTT, the have a recipe for "If a new task added to Google Tasks, then create a task in the Microsoft ToDo"...eventually getting things reconnected via private windows. Infuriatingly, the response when adding over Android Auto is when will I add a reminder for. I do not want reminders. It turns out verbally adding tasks over Android Auto, does not create a pure task; instead, it triggers a reminder creation. Incidentally, IFTTT checks for new trigger events once every hour for Free users (once every 5 minutes or Pro and Pro+ users).

Does anyone have a WoW to achieve this using the Pixel?

I guess that answers differently every time? On my phone, the first suggestion was to say "Hey Google, add a note", and you would have a choice of services. But that was a hallucination, since it uses Google Keep and doesn't work.

But when I click the link to write this on my pc here, the options are entirely different from when I run it on my phone in the same browser!

I'll try some of the other and see and will report back. In the meantime, if anyone has this working, please let me know.
