Why can't I find an app that says it is installed?

why can't i find an app that says it is installed

i was having issues with one of my apps so i uninstalled it & when i went to reinstall it, it says installed, but no where to be found in my apps

If the app was installed through Google Play, try finding it there. Should give you a good starting point!
