ok so i have a verizon galaxy s5 g900v i purchased with kitkat preinstalled 4.4.2 june 2014. When i recieved finally the lollipop update on vacation i was excited and then disappointed to say the least.....it flat out sucks compared to kitkat....so.....i found out how to flash stock kitkat with odin and went through like a breeze and i was in heaven again, even went further rooting etc
well august of this year 2015, i decided to mess around with it and thought maybe after months of work, some updates may have came around including performance improvements, so being an *****, i unrooted, factory reset back to 4.4.2 and then updated via ota all updates to lollipop only to find.....nothing changed still sucks lol
heres the problem i dont know if 1 of the updates AFTER the official lollipop update came through is responsible for blocking stock rom flashes or what but i am unable to flash ANYTHING now....odin fails a couple seconds after i click start, i of course tried the original stock rom that i had before that work, ive tried other such as sammobil etc, cable that came with the phone and different cables, different versions of odin different usb ports different methods of factory resetting lollipop before hand, enabling usb debugging
NOTHING works and now this phone stuck being a slow POS lol
