Why can't I get into settings on my t8 pro android box?

I have a t8 pro android box and for some reason I can not access my settings. I click on settings and the settings page does not open. There's 2 ways to enter the settings screen, on the main page and an icon within the apps and both won't open up the settings screen. Anyone had this problem and know how to solve it? Thanks.

I have a Mi Box and mine is fine. Have you tried rebooting the box? If you have to, unplug it wait 30 seconds then plug it back in.

Ye I've tried everything. Just can not access the settings no matter what I try.
