Why can't I get Lollipop on my Note 3?

Why can't I get lollipop on my note 3 I'm on Vodafone network and said the upgrade was available weeks ago. Still not had a notification yet

This discussion may help. I'd also suggest plugging in your phone to your computer and use Kies to see if a firmware update is available.
