why can't i get music to play through my Bluetooth FM Radio Transmitter w/ my galaxy s5

I have a Galaxy S5 and when I pair it up with my VicTsing Wireless Bluetooth FM Radio Transmitter it will not play any audio (music, navigation, etc.) through the car stereo except the phone. Is it the transmitter? Or is there some setting i'm missing for media audio?

I'm having the same slrt of problem it worked fine with the iphone, but since I moved to Samsung it won't pair at all.
