Why can't I get my LG Flex 2 to power back on?

I've tried holding the power button and volume down and it hasn't worked. I also took the battery out and put it back in. While connected to the charger there is no sign of life. What else can I do before sending it to Sprint?

Had anything happened to the phone like it fell off or came in contact with water? Cause if that's not the case then probably some motherboard issues. Do you have a spare battery if so do try swapping it out. If not then you'll probably have to send it to Sprint.
