Why can't I get the cover on my new samsung galaxy Tab S2

Welcome to Android Central! Can you clarify your question? Are you unable to get a case to fit correctly on your tablet? Are you sure the case is designed for that exact tablet, and not the original Tab S?

I had the same problem, I finally returned everything. The case supposedly snaps on, but it wouldn't. You have to see it to know what I mean. It is not just a matter of a case not fitting. There are holes on the back of the tablet. The case has snaps that are supposed to fit into the holes. They don't. It was just way too much trouble. I felt that a new tablet was supposed to be a fun easy experience. It wasn't. I would imagine that this was a cause of a lot of returns.

I'm having the same problem, i biught case from Harvey Norman and was told it was the correct one ... any ideas?

Try a different brands of cases.
