why can't i get time to show on each bubble in text?

So far I am hating this phone. I can't control or change anything. I would like to put the time on each bubble in text. I can tell a lot about the person i am texting by the amount of time it takes to answer my text.

What phone do you have?If the stock messaging app does not have that option, many other sms apps do. I have used sms8, textra, and chompsms and they all have that option.
