Why can't I install an application in the play store?

why i can't install application in the play store?

When I try to update my*apps*I get a error message( Error retrieving information from server RH-01. I'm not rooted complete stock. How do I fix this ?

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Force Stop, then Clear Cache/Clear Data. Do the same for the Download Manager. Now try again.

If that doesn't help, try going to Settings>Accounts, remove your Google account from the device, then add it back again. Another thing that might cause problems is an invalid credit card in your Google Wallet.
