Why can't I install Google Play Services on my Lenovo A376 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich?

I factory reset my lenovo a376 icecream sandwich 4.0.3. and i get market instead of play store. the market keep crashing and after i use mobo market to download coc, it says need google play service.i tried using APK but still fail to install
