Why can't I load TalkTalk email to Nexus 7?

Can't load talktalk email to Nexus 7

Hi All. I have a Nexus 7 tablet, with 5.0.1 Lollipop. Trying to load talktalk email on to tablet BUT when it tries to "validate server settings", all I get is a screen which says: "Couldn't finish. Couldn't open connection to server." Have been trying for days to sort this. Any help out there? Thanks

If talktalk has a forum, that might be a good place to ask. However, according to the description on Play Store, talktalk hasn't been updated in a year and a half (April 27, 2013). Especially since you're running Lollipop 5.0.1, talktalk may well not be updated to work with it.
