Why can't I log in to my phone.

I factory reset my phone a few days ago. Every time my phone boots up to the welcome screen and I go through the entire process, It always takes me back to "Select Wifi network". Its like a loop. I decided to change my password and I quickly realized this was a bad idea as upon further research I found out that I would have to wait 3 days before logging into my phone again. ITS BEEN 5 DAYS SINCE THAT OCCURRED AND I STILL CANT LOG IN. Please Help.

I don't know if this is relevant but the original account that was synced to this phone has been deleted a while ago.

Contact the official support for the manufacturer of your phone and see if you can get it fixed on warranty
