Why can't I make or receive calls?

why cant i make or receive calls?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4. I had the lcd replaced due to it being dropped off a nightstand. Since I had this replaced, the phone will not connect to an AT&T mobile network. I had the SIM replaced. I show some signal from time to time, but when I try to place a call, it says emergency calls only.

If your SIM was replaced, I would work with AT&T and see what they say. They should be able to rectify it.
