Why can't I move my apps they keep jumping back?

Samsung Tablet 10.1 S4. Since I updated I cannot move or arrange my apps and I have also lost my screenshot button and now cannot take screenshots. have tried to hold the power and volume button down, doesn't work.

Welcome to Android Central! I'm assuming you mean you have a Tab 4 10.1, so I moved the thread to the proper forum.

Which update did you receive? Are you on Easy Mode? Easy Mode prevents you from rearranging app shortcuts on the main homescreen, I think.
