Why can't I play videos on m Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge?

I can't play any videos on my Samsung Galaxy s6 edge

I can't play any videos on my phone. I have switched my phone on and off but still the same. There is enough memory on my phone too. Any videos I record on my device or receive from other apps such as watsapp I am not able to open and watch please help.

Hi, what error message are you getting when you try and view the videos taken by your camera? have you tried installing a 3rd party app like MX Player to view videos?
