Why can't I post my question

I am trying to post a question and it keeps telling me "The following errors occurred with your submission
Exceeded spam threshold (3/3)"

Why?

Welcome to the forums. It's a known issue, specially affecting new members. Sorry for your troubles. Is your post very long, does it include any link, pictures or special characters?

So far as I know, the team of volunteers who take care of the software is not large, and they will have their regular lives to live as well, so it’s probably a matter of tackling problems as and when they are able. But they do tackle them.
