Can't Put Call on Hold or swap calls

Samsung Galaxy S4
Android 4.4.2

I don't seem to have the ability to put a call on hold or swap calls once a second call waiting call has been answered.

I've looked up some You Tube videos. It is my understanding on the call screen there is a button for noise reduction and button for extra volume. Once I have a single call engaged a third "hold" button should appear between the noise reduction and extra volume buttons. That hold button would become a swap button once I answer a second call. Again that button is blank. (I do have the ability to answer a second call.

Is this an Android issue. Any clues how to make this missing button appear?

No issues like when I had my Sprint GS4.
What's your carrier?
The same phone has a few software differences per carrier.
Have you asked your carrier about it?

Re: Can't Put Call on Hold or swap calls

My Carrier is US Cellular.
I have found the swap button and it's in a different place than the You Tube video I watched. But I still have found no way to put a call on hold.
I've also found when I have two calls I'm swapping between I can only hang up on both calls. I can't selectively hang up on one only.
