Why can't I receive and send photos on my Samsung Galaxy?

i cant receive and send photos on my samsung galaxy

I have put a new sim card in my phone and since then I haven't been able to send and receive photos on my Samsung galaxy

Check to make sure you are not on WiFi when trying to send or receive a photo. Next, check the APN in your phone to make sure it matches the carrier that your new sim card is for. You can also try rebooting.
