Why cant I receive any calls from apps?

I have a unrooted S5(SM-G900F) on Lollipop(5.0). All was well but recently I cannot receive calls in any of my apps- Viber/Whatsapp/Kakao/Skype etc. People have been calling me using these apps but it never comes through, it never rings. When I start the app manually I see I have missed calls. Normal calls are fine though.

Any idea what might cause this? I have scoured the web but cannot find any solutions. :'(

Try clearing the device's cache partition and see if that helps.

If you have moved those apps, or your ringtones, to your external SD card, then try moving them back to the phone's storage.

I havent moved anything to the SD card
