Why can't I receive group text messages on my Note 3?

Cannot receive group text messages on my Note 3

Have a Samsung Note 3 cannot receive group messages. I will get the individual responses from the group text but not the original message. Why?

Welcome to Android Central! Group texts are sent and received as MMS, which requires mobile data to be on--is yours?
