Why cant i remove oma dm from my phone

I found oma -dm installed in my device and I didn't install it. I want it removed.

If you long press it does it give option to uninstall?

Welcome to Android Central! OMA DM is a system app: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OMA_Device_Management. You can't uninstall system apps unless you root the phone, and I wouldn't uninstall a system app unless you know exactly what it's for.
