Why cant i reply messaging

Are you talking about texting? Your texts don't go through? If so, it means under the messaging texting app under settings (you may have to then click on "more settings") then look for "SMS service number" somewhere on there then either look up your carrier SMS service number online or call them and ask and add the number. When you've done that dial *#*#4636#*#* in your phone exactly as I.just typed it with the pound and star signs in the order I typed and go to very bottom a.d put that same SMS service number in there and click on update and refresh. Then outgoing texts will work.
