Why Can't I Reply Without Rotating This App

Dear Android and Huawei Support

I have found that when am replying on this app, I have to rotate the phone before the text-box accepts any text.

If I rotate back, the text is lost, only to be saved by the clipboard.

Is this a standard format?

Its only when I open a thread that the format is standard format.

Which app do you mean? The AC Forums app that's based on Tapatalk? Or the actual Tapatalk app? Does this happen in other apps as well, like messaging apps?

Are you using the dedicated Android Central Forums app or Tapatalk? That is weird behaviour though.

I have just found that there was a message after yours, but I chose to reply to you.
It looks like, if I selected the reply to you. It seems fine, but if I use the text box below I have to rotate the phone to landscape position, but yes it's Android Central am using.

I got to say, finding out the intricacies, what I mentioned to Kristein

It's the quick reply text box that's acting up, but that's the text box I have to use when creating the thread, or is there a feature I haven't seen.

I think I have found the issue and it is that I been using the "Quick Reply" instead of using the link to reply directly to each and every reply.
