Why can't I see icons, pictures or diagrams?

I can't see ikons pictures or diagrams.

I have deleted a program while cleening up my phone. Need to download it again. Please help me.

The Best solution is the simplest solution. Do Factory reset

#5 What is "rooted"? Have never heard that word talking about phones.

#6 I think I will try that. How do I save contacts? I can not find any folder named contacts.

Rooted means you have superuser access to the device. It isn't needed, I was simply curious. A reset may not bring back the app you had, but if you got all your apps from Play, Google keeps records of what you have downloaded in the past. In Play click menu>my apps>swipe over to all apps. It should be there somewhere.
