Why can't I send videos (correctly)?

HELP! can't send videos (correctly)

HI! I need help, whenever i send a video to another phone they recieve the full audio of the video ,however the screen will be green and nothing will show up except the audio. i have a galaxy s5, both videos that are downloaded or taken from the phone's camera have the same problem. even when i send it through whatsapp, bluetooth or any other way. i tried! but it keeps giving the recievers a green screen while in my phone it;s perfectly fine. i also tried sending it to different people with different phones. the problem is still there. any help please?

Welcome to Android Central! What if you upload the video to your Google Drive, then share it that way?

I have a question about using Google Drive...does the recipient need to have Google Drive also or is it just a link? I'm looking for a solution to send videos to family members that live far away (former iPhone user).

I'm not sure, but I don't think they need to have Google account.
