Why can't I sign in to my Google account!? can't use play store 😢😕😳

Yesterday I was going to download a game when the play store said no connection "retry" while I was on my wifi so I cleared cache nothing cleared data nothing then after hours of trying I factory reset. I setup my phone as usual then went to add my google account and put my email and password and it said "can't establish a reliable connection to the server" I've reentered it multiple times and noooothing!!
