Why can't I take pictures while in a call?

Cannot take pictures while in a call

samsung galaxy s6 edge, unable to take photos while on a call .... get message saying unable to operqate camera while on the phone.... how am i able to take photos while on the phone

Who's your carrier?
Maybe that's a carrier limitation, here in the US is known that there are features that certain carriers turn off.

I can take pics while on a phone call with my GS6 Edge no problem, my carrier is Sprint.

When this issue happens, do you have less than 15 % battery?

i live in Australia and carrier is Optus ..... no issue with low battery , still non responsive while on a call

i'll give my carrier a call and see if they can change from there end, if no luck is there any other ideas how to get around this setting

But sprint disabled talk and Internet working together. I hate that.

Maybe try another camera app? Like Carmera360.
