why cant i train my okay Google?

I bought a Samsung Galaxy 6 yesterday. I was able to train my ok Google then. today when I attempt to retrain my voice, it does not hear me at all. it continues to wait for the first of three OK Google's from me. Any suggestions?

Go into S Voice and either disable voice activation or disable the entire app. See if that helps. I've heard if you have that voice activation for S Voice on, then Ok Google won't train.
