Cant transfer files to galaxy 10.1
I am having an issue with our Galaxy 10.1 . It will no longer allow me to transfer any files from our laptop to the internal or external storage of the tablet. I can also no longer transfer files between the internal or external mem on the tablet itself. I have tried reformatting the sd card but still the same issue. When connecting to our laptop, I can see all the files on the tablet but any kind of management of these files results in a error saying loss of connection. I have tried multiple laptops and multiple usb cords with the same issue. Any ideas ?
