Why can't I update my note 5

I can't update my note 5 although there is update available now when I checked
It allow me to download the update but it fails to install it!! Why???
Please help

Dear jst restart the phone if that doesnt work c that u factory reset it and iam sure u will be able to update it asap.

i have done that twice restore to factory setting but it didn't solve the problem
i need to update because i have many bugs that need to be fixed hopefully with the new update

What do you mean by it fails? What happens. It starts installing....and then?

and then it closes the screen and started a blue screen with an android logo guy and written installing updates then another screen showed an exclamation mark over the android guy then the phone restarted after that i got a message the system failed to update

Use odin to flash it n reinstall software.

Odin is a difficult way of doing it, or you can use "smart switch" and be done in 2 min. Just use the recovery option in smart switch
