Why can't I update my software?

I have a GT-I9060 (Samsung galaxy grand neo) and I can't update my software. Everytime I try to update it I get this thing ,,the latest updates have been installed" even tho I have android 4.2.2 and android 7 is already out. Please help me!

Have you got WiFi only or some such data blocking selection, firewall etc...?
If you go to Sammobile and dial in that GT..., you will get the latest version available for your device /region/network... 4.2.2 seems old for sure...
