Why can't I upload photos onto Facebook unless I am on wifi?

updating and uploading pics to facebook,Twitter and Instagram.

Hi I have the Motorola Moto G Android version KitKat 4.4.2 and up to about 4 weeks ago was working well,Now whenever its not on wifi I can't upload photos to Facebook,Twitter and Instagram,It also won't update my timeline on Facebook.....Facebook updates via the browser but It still won't let me post photos.
Does anyone have any clues as to what the problem is?

Have you tried clearing the cache for Facebook? Got to Settings>apps>scroll down to Facebook and clear cache.
