Why cant I use internet on device g130hn when mobile hotspot activated

I want to use my mobile phone as a mobile hotspot so I can use other devices and connect to mobiles internet. I want to be able to browse the web on my device while other devices are sharing it's network data

It shouldn't be limited for browsing as long as you have 3G/LTE reception... But some devices do count on turning off Wi-Fi while hotspot is on, so don't count on your wi-fi internet connection to endure...

And some carriers don't allow you to access the internet using the hotspot unless you pay for tethering.
