Why cant i used mobile data well on the phone with my nee s10+?

Why can't I used data well on a phone call on s10+? I have the voLTE on but soon as I make a call it turns off. I'm trying to use data well on the phone well not on wifi. My s9 always worked. I spent hrs on the phone with sprint, been to the store twice and even got another new s10+ and it doesn't work either. Nobody can fiurger it out
