so this all started when i forgot my google account password. i couldnt remeber it so the google thing was asking questions like when did i make the account etc. i couldnt answer those so i had to send a request to my backup email so they can process my request of getting my account back. they didnt accept it but i finnaly got in my account bc i rememebered my pw. but then my account started to act up so i took the acct off my phone. then i tried putting it back on but no luck it kept saying couldnt connect to play.google.com i also had 2 step veri but i turned it off. i cant add or make a new acct becauyse it says the same thing so i cant use my phone factory reset didnt work. hellppp
