Why can't my Galaxy S3 get access to the internet, or send text messages?

my galaxy s3 cant get access to the internet, or send text messages

the 4g bar is at full connection but it wont do anything.

Welcome to Android Central!

Try going to settings, more network settings, mobile networks, access points, click the settings button up top and restore defaults. See if that fixes it.
