Why can't my Samsung Galaxy S4 complete voice calls - incoming or outgoing?

Samsung Galaxy S4 can't complete voice calls - incoming or outgoing.

They can't hear me, I can't hear them, but the caller id shows who's calling or shows that I'm calling them. I'm able to run apps and to text, etc. - no other problems.

You need to take it to the nearest Samsung Store as it seems there is some technical issues.
