I'm guessing that you have an issue with a device and you have posted or reposted that issue and up till now no one has replied...right?
If so, please don't take it personal, I experience the same sometimes without taking ot personal. In fact what I do is look for other similar forums out there and post my issue there as well (for instance "Yahoo Answers" is a good alternative; www.answers.yahoo.com).
