Why chathead of my messenger is not working on my device?

I've a Samsung galaxy s7 and the chat head of Facebook messenger is not working even the option is not showing up in the settings I've enabled all the permissions too but still not working any help on how I can fix this?

if it's pre-installed on the device remove it and download it from playstore.

It's a problem with Facebook themselves. Some people even say that their accounts don't have chat heads but if they put a different account it appears. You have to ask Facebook to fix their app.
