Why did I get this weird notification? (KNOXVPNPACPROCESSOR)

[Android Central Question]

So something weird just happenned on my way home. I was on my phone, when I got a weird notification on my screen I'd never seen before that said something along the lines of "KNOXVPNPACProcessor wants to send you a message" and that it could cost extra etc... I hit cancel and the notification went away.

I don't know if it matters but when this happenned, I was disconnected from WiFi and was using data. My phone was also connected to the car via Bluetooth so when my bank sent me a text with a verification code, my phone tried to automatically send out an "I'm Driving" Text (which I noticed showed up as unsent after this notification). Not sure if that has anything to do with it? I have a Galaxy S10e

Is it something to be concerned about?

I believe that it's a Samsung system app but I'll move it to the S10e forum for comments from users.
