Why did my customized S Voice disappear on my Gear 3 after update?

I am also now having trouble with S Voice not working properly after update.

Because you had an os update is my guess. Simply delete the old voice model and retrain. Do a cache wipe and reboot while you're doing your maintenance. Good luck
