Why did my palm swipe suddenly stop working 😂

[Android Central Question]

Has this s7edge since March 17. I love the palm swipe feature. Not only did it stop working but even using the on/off and home button take multiple times to work? I have tried resetting a few times and -palm capture IS on. It’s not that I don’t know how to do the swipe...I’ve never had a problem before. Help?
