Why does my home button not working?

[Android Central Question]

My phone is Vivo Y51 (v2015). When I press the home touch button it will vibrate with haptic feedback, but not responding, or not working. Also, the shortcut button. The thing that will show up when you swipe up? it didn't show up. I also can't access the recent apps. Also, I cannot access the status and notification bar settings, when I click it, it will transition to black but still go back to the home screen of the settings. I already reset it, Wipe the partition cache, and reboot it. Still, nothing happens. Help me. What did you think is wrong with my phone?

Go into safe mode and see if it works

Do you have a screen protector on? If so, try taking that off.
