Why did my Samsung Galaxy S4 mini stop sending text messages?

My Samsung Galaxy S4 mini stopped sending text messages

I am an Erasmus student from Belgium who is now residing in Denmark. I have been here for a few days and was able to send text messages from my phone to other phones with my SIM-card from Belgium.
Now all of the sudden I can't send anything anymore, the message keeps on indicating that its being send but it never does.

How can I get back to sending text messages.

Welcome to Android Central! Is your roaming turned on? Are you able to contact the support for your Belgian carrier?
