why did my touchwiz stop working

my samsung galaxy s4 recently updated the software and from since the touchwiz has stopped working. how do i get this problem rectified?

Welcome to Android Central! Was this an official system update pushed over the air to the phone? Or did you install it manually?

Have you tried booting into Recovery and wiping the cache partition? http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-5744
